Big Boys Toy Show 2009

January 31, 2009 was the 19th Annual Big Boys Toy Show in Wichita KS. T&S Mobile Projectors set up at the main stage next to the Entercom booth.
There was a full schedule of events slated for the main stage...
...and the hall was full of exhibits to visit.
Here are some overview shots from the north end of the exhibit hall....

Below, can you see our screen at the center back?

Check out the rest of the blog, click "Older posts" when you get to the bottom, for closer shots of exhibits and events.

Entercom Staff at BBTS 2009

Now a word from our sponsors... Don't these guys look totally serious about whatever it is they're talking about?
This is about how serious they usually are, local radio personality, Steve McIntosh...
Here's Greg "the Hitman" Williams with some of his staff...
...and Brad Horning, Promotions Director, who's usually on the run taking care of EVERYTHING...
...the Entercom booth staffed by sales and on-air staff.
Steve McIntosh and Ted Woodward are quite a pair. This from the website... "Steve & Ted in the morning is a fully produced news and entertainment program aired live each weekday morning from 6a-9a on NewsRadio 1330 KNSS. With the talents of Steve McIntosh and Ted Woodward, Steve & Ted in the morning has grown to become one of the most listened to morning programs with adults in Wichita."

Can you REALLY take him seriously with a face like that? Just kidding Steve, love your smile!

Bikes at BBTS 2009

There were certainly bikes to drool over at the Big Boy Toy Show. Alef's Harley Davidson was there...

Big Dog had a beaut of a bike there...
and Indian was there with a semi full of bikes and gear...
I've got a B&W of my uncle, just back from WWII, sitting on an Indian.

The American Legion Riders were there with their bikes...

Bikes, cars or trikes? How would you classify these three wheelers.

Cars plus at BBTS 2009

Vrooom... Vroooom.... Lots of nice shiney cars/trucks of all years/sizes and shapes.

Cowtown Coyboys at BBTS 2009

YEE HAW! You could hear the jingle-jangle of spurs as they walked by, the Cowtown Cowboys...

On stage they got a bit rowdy...

Those gunshots were just blanks but they certainly were LOUD!

A bit out of time and place with those Harley's in the background.
